Snow Characteristics Comments
Cold temperatures on Sunday and Monday worked wonders on the snowpack. Snow surfaces on Timpanogos were transformed from a mixed bag of unconsolidated mank and breakable crusts into a perfect supportable spring corn field. The skiing was excellent as soon as the sun came out (about 11:00am). Avalanche-wise, the cold has similarly brought conditions into classic spring conditions: consolidated from top to bottom with low hazard in the morning until the mid morning and afternoon sun create predictable surface snow sluffing. There is currently a very low hazard of slab avalanches. And a very high probably of smile-inducing spring corn skiing.

Red Flags Comments
Much of the S facing snow in the steep upper elevation terrain has already run, but there is still plenty of snow, especially on N faces, that is waiting for another round of high temperatures to come down. Early morning should be safe from all of these threats, but caution is still warranted under the big slide paths after 10 am.
