Comments

Only instabilities noted today were wind slabs One in West Monitor released by a natural cornice drop, the other in South Monitor released by a ski cut. Both had crowns that were about a foot deep, but the slides petered out rapidly when they got out of the wind loaded pockets. Some minor wet activity noted on E, SE, S. Photos

West Monitor wind slab triggered by natural cornice fall

South Monitor wind slab triggered by my ski partner

Wet activity in both bowls

Thinking mederate to considerable for wet activity tomorrow.
