N Facing above 8500 ft stayed soft and cold all day. Some radiant heating in the early-mid morning, but shut off by mid day. E facing snow at 6:30 pm exit was thick but not crusted. I think Friday will be another good powder day on Ne to West aspects above about 8500 ft.

2 natural shallow wind slabs noted, 1 above the diving board and the other around Big West in Mill B, Both looked to be less than 1 ft deep but ran quite a ways. Maybe from Wednesday?

2 soft wind slabs noted , but all the hand pits we dug showed only loose, unconsolidated snow. We skied some short 40+ degree low consequence terrain (NW) and got lots of shallow, failry slow moving sluffing, but not deep enough to be an issue
