Weather Comments
Wind was fairly well behaved in my location starting the morning out with a surprising Easterly component then shifted back around to the West by the early afternoon. Gusts here and there but nothing crazy. Snow was on and off and temps felt like winter again.

Snow Characteristics Comments
Heard about the upside down possibility in the morning, but had to check it out for myself of course. Didn't really have a problem with it all day. Found mostly right side up with dense interface between the new and old snow bonding well. Creamy turns in the morning on west facing 9000 ft with light snow accumulating during the day made for an excellent run out Scotties by 3pm. Easily 9 inches of new snow due north 9500 ft.

Red Flags Comments
Didn't see any recent activity in the area. Some minor wind loading and pillows developing on the west slope but none were reacting to ski cuts or ski tracks, however I wasn't poking around too much looking for any 'trouble' - Image looking down at the freshness to come.
