Comments

Snowpack is a mess of facets and decomposing wind slab. Surface has wide spread surface hoar on all east thru north aspects... Do not expect this to take a huge load to become interesting

Forecaster Comments - as always, great photos and analysis by Jake; thanks -

block that popped out after ECTX - CT 12 SC - add a slab on top of this and it demands attention!!! Know where the snow is and what the surface is with the storm on our door step

just your basic, good old PC ridge surface hoar, well developed and widespread in most starting zones. West winds were cranking and seem to have little or no affect on the SH in the east starting zones.
