Snowed steadily for about 2 hours, less than an inch accumulated.

New snow in sheltered areas is very "thick." Ski-able but not the "creamy" stuff described yesterday. New snow in more exposed areas varies from wind crust to very dense.

Column failed at 15cm depth with 6 taps (simple compression test) and at the ground with 4 additional taps. Aside from the weak layer at 15cm and at the ground, most of the snow was a very consistent density, 2-3 fingers.
