We saw significant slough in the NE aspects we skied, though nothing sufficient to knock over a skier or entrain debris.

Comments

Though throughout the last two months every day has felt like an end of season, today felt like the start! New snow, cold temps, and blue skies made for a very pleasant day in the North Group. Relying on recent beta from one of our party, we found connective and supportive snow on NE faces. Scattered clouds kept the snow nice, though the afternoon sun exposure will probably make it a little heavy and gloppy. Fun day! I can't wait for this season!
