@ 10.5K on a North aspect we dug a pit to 106cm with the height of snow of 165cm. We found a layer of 2-4mm facets below a 90 cm slab of pencil to 1F hardness with 15cm of fist hardness snow at the surface. Our stability test still indicated a fairly strong snowpack but we did find a few interesting results. In an extended column test we had full propagation on the 30th tap (ECTP30) and on a propagation saw test we had collapse to the end at 52cm (PST 52/100 END). While the snowpack in this is area is generally stable, in extreme terrain especially unsupportable slopes this structure should be considered as temperatures warm and creep increases.
