Red Flags Comments
Despite jumping on all sorts of suspicious slopes, no cracking or collapsing, but we just don't have enough of a load (either recent snow and/or wind-loading). Yet.

Increasing Danger
Problem #1 Comments

A widespread persistent weak layer of faceted snow exists on west/north/east aspects at the mid and upper elevations, and was buried underneath the 15-30 cms of storm snow that fell on Wednesday, February 11. Although this storm didn't produce enough of a load to make the faceted layer especially reactive, the forecasted snow and wind will certainly overload this PWL this coming week.
