General Conditions: Warm temperatures are again the headline. They made it into the 40s on Friday and dropped to around freezing overnight. Wind from the northwest has been getting stronger overnight. It's a full meltdown of the snowpack with tree wells growing by the day. Many southerly facing slopes are more dirt than snow.
Mountain Weather: It's going to be a warm and windy day today with increasing clouds. We'll see temps into the 40s again. A small storm brushes northern Utah Saturday evening. All this is going to do for our area is bring wind tonight and cooler temperatures through Sunday. Temperatures spike again on Monday and stay pegged all week, perhaps creeping into the 60s by the end of the week.
