Weather and Snow
Current Conditions: A ridge of high pressure has dominated our weather pattern for a weak producing very warm temperatures in the mountains. We've seen numerous days with highs in the 40s and even pushing 50˚ F. Wind has been light to moderate in speed generally from the west. Zero precipitation for over a week now. There is hardly enough snow for any real winter recreation.
Mountain Weather: It looks like we have a little weather pattern change this week but things still look depressing for our region. There are two storms on the horizon. One is mid week and one for the weekend. The problem is that the brunt of these storms is going to stay to the north of us and we'll probably only see minor amounts of snow accumulation from both of them.
