Snow profile on the Cutler Ridgeline represented the majority of avalanches we observed on the Ben Lomond ridgeline. Top portion of the pack consisted of denser rounded and decomposing particles from this weekend's storm. Facets from November and decomposing melt freeze crusts consisted the bottom of the snowpack. We observed a ECTP 28 and CT 21 @13cm on a layer which consisted of larger grained facets.

Dozens of large (up to D2) and small avalanches were visible on the Ben Lomond Ridgeline. Some appeared to be smaller isolated windslab releases while others stepped down into the PWL layer. Some avalanches appeared connected, but the lack of snow and variability in terrain features prevented larger connected releases. Snow surface consisted of melt/freeze below 7500' and windpacked/scoured above 8000'. Localized collapsing was felt above 7500'.
