Avalanche Advisory
Advisory: Moab Area Mountains Issued by Eric Trenbeath for Thursday - February 9, 2017 - 7:26am
bottom line

The avalanche danger is mostly LOW this morning but will rise to MODERATE later in the day as sunshine and warm temperatures increase the likelihood for loose wet slide activity on sun exposed slopes. Look for sign of instability such as roller balls, or pinwheels and wet, sloppy snow. Stay off of and out from under steep slopes when these signs are present.
