Snow Characteristics Comments
Yesterday's storm delivered around 6" or so at the lower elevations and just a dusting this morning. The cooler temperatures and northwest wind helped to keep the snow conditions from turning too wet and soft.

Comments
A short day in the hills and visited some lower elevation areas off the beaten path and no avalanche issues where I traveled. The snow conditions were quite pleasant with a few new inches of snow on a supportable crust and enjoyed the low key environment.
Tried to capture the weather today where it was on and off snow showers, heavy at times, but not much new accumulation. The lightning was very cool, but the photo does not really show it very well.
