We found a lot of wind effected snow and wind slabs. The snow in protected areas was great especially where the old facets were preserved. Wind skins were from 1f soft slabs to pencil hard wind board.

We saw a recent wind slab avalanche on a north facing ridge line. 100' wide unknown trigger running 75 vertical feet.

*See attached photo. We heard many loud collapses and with a little more provoking the wind slab pocket pulled out below the skin track. 9600' NW 15"x 6'
