Upper Maybird headwall avalanche (presumably from Jan 5th) as reported HERE spans almost 270° from west to north to east facing. Even the access to "small pass" just north of the Pfeifferhorn had avalanched. Northwest facing Pfeifferhorn had also avalanched into Hogum though it, and many of the crowns in north and east facing Hogum were blown in. One apparently lone skier skinned and booted up into the Hypodermic Needle and skiied down. People venturing into more serious terrain without incident.
We'll keep an eye on winds ahead of Thursday night's weak cold front....At least the valley air should mix out to some degree.
