Red Flags Comments
the DL was entraining quite a bit of snow on the high norths and was easily initiated. Easily enough snow to take skier off thier feet in extreme terrain. Initation needed >38* but would run into much lower angle terrain. Low elevations norths had WL that could pack a punch upon exit of Hogum at 15:00, similar >35-38* needed

Problem
New Snow
Problem #1 Comments
DL was main concern today in steeper high north facing terrain. Sluff management is critical in sustained steeper slopes above 10k' on north half of compass with consequence.
Avalanche Problem #2
Problem
Wet Snow
Problem #2 Comments
Mid and upper solars and low elev norths were in play today.
