Winds were transporting some snow. My tracks were not filled in after 3 hours of moderate to strong gusts. Not much to transport. At lower elevations, the snow surface was moist.

While the last few days have felt a bit like spring time in the mountains- the snowpack is still very much in its winter phase. At higher elevations, the snow is still cold and harbors large depth hoar crystals on both south and north aspects.
