Weather Comments
It got warm today but the high clouds and slight breeze seemed to keep the snow from getting soaking wet, just damp on sunny aspects. Clear skies and a low sun angle allowed the snow to start refreezing fairly quickly. At 4pm on a west aspect, the snow surface was already refreezing.
Snow Characteristics
Snow Characteristics Comments
Great settled dry powder on north aspects. A little surface hoar made it even better. Noticeable settlement cones around aspen trees.
