Snow Characteristics Comments
We're blessed! Wasatch snowpack's got a lot of body and coverage is excellent for late December. Low density surface snow on top of Christmas storm is a bonus.

Red Flags Comments
Not widespread, but my Avy 101 class experienced one subtle collapse, on a fat rounded pillow of snow, whilst looking at a repeater path that avalanched near Twin Lakes Pass during the mid December storm
