There are a couple buried weak layers. I do not like and never trust treacherous facets.

I found a couple buried weak layers made up of sugary faceted snow. The old December facets are still dry and loose and haven't gained much strength. The snow directly under the prominent, translucent 1/27 rain-crust is now small facets, and it is of particular concern, since it's generally less than two feet deep.
