Collapsing
Poor Snowpack Structure
Red Flags Comments
Pack still feels pretty upside-down and we experienced a few subtle collapses on shady slopes.
Avalanche Problem #1
Problem
Persistent Weak Layer
Problem #1 Comments
Not even close to being out of the woods with the PWL. The pack wasn't touchy and collapses were isolated... south end of the range just didn't get the water weight from the last storm, but the setup is there.
