Forecast for the Skyline Area Mountains

Brett Kobernik
Issued by Brett Kobernik on
Monday morning, January 11, 2016

The majority of the terrain along the Manti Skyline has a LOW avalanche danger. A slight bump in northerly wind speeds during the day today may drift a little snow and could form small sensitive drifts but these won't pose a real great threat. There is still a remote chance you could trigger something breaking into old snow near the ground in the highest steepest radical terrain that faces west, north and east. There is a scattered MODERATE avalanche danger in that terrain.
