The avalanche danger will rise to MODERATE on slopes facing east, south, and west - including low and mid-elevation northerly slopes - where you can expect human-triggered and natural avalanches involving wet snow as the snow surface warms.
Upper-elevation northerly slopes have a LOW danger, but in the southern end of the range, the danger may approach MODERATE where it is possible to trigger an avalanche failing on a buried persistent weak layer 1-3 feet deep.
