Comments
I got out today to find some great snow up high. Although, the steep open slopes had lots surface hoar, and I was even able to send some facet sluffs down slope in steeper terrain, once in and around lower angle trees, last week’s snow was still powder. It was warm, 32 degrees above 10K in the middle of the day. Some light snow showers passed by early afternoon but they quickly passed. The snow is quite supportive at all altitudes but starting to get a little thin down low.
