Snow Characteristics Comments
Snow was supportable thanks to yesterdays upside down nature. A few more inches of graupel fell on top making for fun and fast riding conditions. The range is starting to look a little whiter but really only above 8000'.

Comments
Overall conditions are improving though riding is still limited to lower-angle, grassy terrain. Saw no natural or human-triggered avalanches. The road was an interesting mix of packed snow, ice, slush, mush, etc. Was able to make it past the cattle guard to the first parking spot. There were a few cars that got to the lake. Imagine the next storm or two will shut it down. There were many snowmobilers riding the road today - both with boards and not.
