The top 8 inches is loose faceted snow. Faceting so far is slow to form large facets, onley in the most sheltered areas was there larger facets.

Wind loading is minor at this time but slowly increasing, could be significant with a increase of wind with next small storm as there is still loose snow available for transport.

Snow depth was a settled 96 cm - As in the photo The new snow was fist to four finger to 1 finger almost to the ground. At the ground was 10 cm of old faceted snow. Both shovel and extended column test broke at the ground at 28 and 30
