Surface hoar observed on the NE ridge of Reynolds Peak at around 10am likely forming the night prior after the storm system moved out. In the morning, skies were clear, temperatures were in the teens and there was no wind.
Throughout the day the wind increased and clouds moved in. By 2pm, winds picked up to about 15-20mph from the West on the ridgelines with moderate snowfall.
