  • Coldwater Canyon- northwest aspect on a 36° slope- natural avalanche. No visibility of crown, but lots of debris. Slide snapped 8" trees 10' off ground (powder cloud responsible for this?)
  • Taylor Canyon- northwest aspect on a 40° slope- natural hard slab avalanche failing on faceted snow- 4'-5' deep, 100' wide and 500'+ vertical, Trigger and timing unknown. Slid to ground. "Low", off ridgeline about 100 yards
  • Ben Lomond- northeast aspect on a 40° slope- natural hard slab avalanche failing on faceted snow. Debris observed from large natural, crown obscured by clouds
