Comments
We went riding from the Franklin Basin parking lot up to the white pine area. Went up above the lake and found a decent amount of snow up there. We dug a pit and found 170cm of total snowpack with about 5cm of fresh snow. It was snowing lightly throughout the day. We conducted a CT and ECT test and got no result. We did notice that there was some buried surface hoar under the fresh snow. The snowpack was pretty solid all the way down and is the most we have been able to find in the canyon.
