Calm, cloudy, and warm. High temps just over the freezing mark.

The surface hoar that has been previously observed is gone, thanks to warm temperatures and cloud cover. I traveled mainly on shady slopes today and did not see any SH.

Poor Snowpack Structure remains. Average HS on shady slopes is about 35-40cm with a max depth of 55cm. Foot pen is almost to the ground, it's becoming a sandbox out there. Beneath the most recent snow (12/13) I found faceted grains in every layer of the pack.
