Weather and Snow
Current Conditions: Mild weather continues. We've had scattered clouds, high temperatures in the upper 30s, lows in the mid 20s, and light wind from the south.
Mountain Weather: We'll see more mild weather through the weekend. We'll have a little bump in wind speed today and it will blow from the southeast. Temperatures will get into the mid to upper 30s again. Weather models are still hinting at a pattern change next week with storms starting to move through again.

Description
The snowpack continues to settle and relax. While there is weak snow out there, chances for triggering an avalanche are pretty low. If you're really looking for trouble, you could probably find it in the steepest, highest north facing terrain. If you experience cracking or collapsing (whoomping) of the snowpack, these are red flags and you should avoid any nearby steep slope.
