Weather Comments
A mostly sunny day with some high thin clouds, the temperatures were fairly comfortable and not getting too warm to dampen the snow surface. More wind again that just keeps hammering the area and hopefully the upcoming storms will freshen things up.

There is still some dense soft snow in between the old hard raised tracks and in those wind protected places, but it is getting a little hard to find.

Comments
More pictures of the rough tired snow surface from strong and steady winds this week.
You can still find those semi protected places where the winds did not get into and find nice dense soft snow. Sometimes you have to put in a little work to locate those nooks and crannies that usually hold good snow.
