Snow Characteristics Comments
Large tree bombs from Friday and the weekend now covered up by some fresh powder. Pretty nice shallow powder in the trees, actually best in lower angled terrain since conditions are fast and you feel the underlying old snow surface in steeper places.

Comments
I found apparently stable and nice powder conditions in the generally sheltered terrain in the trees across Beaver Canyon from Beaver Mountain. The danger is Low in sheltered terrain in Beaver Canyon. I found a buried layer of faceted snow (from late January) but it wasn't very reactive or particularly concerning in my stability tests.
