Comments
Generally, a windy day from multiple directions, depending on where you were. There was some reasonably sheltered terrain but some locations seemed to be getting hammered all day. In the locations where I observed these high and continuous winds, it was blowing out of the South to South-West. Significant loading was creating very sensitive wind slabs that started to natural in cross-loaded gullies. These were from around 7200'-8000'. Between all the snow blowing around and the very flat light, I wasn't able to get any good photos of the larger slides. I did get one video of the reactive slabs in action on a small slope.
