Avalanche Beer Hill. Monte Cristo. No Photos. Avalanche broke all the way to the ground and ran full lenghth. Great riding conditions with almost 3 feet of new storm snow. This avalanche was natural and not human triggered. Did not observe any other avalanches in the area all the way into Arbs Basin.Snow on other slopes was well bonded to existing layer, only minor sluffing of storm snow other slopes. So much new snow it appeares to have overloaded existing snow pack and broke at the convexity of slope around the rock band on what must have been a faceted layer around the rocks.Temperature remained fridgid during the duration of. day and snow remained blower all day. Red flags , lots of new snow with heavy accumulation in a short period of time.
