A person could probably still trigger a dangerous avalanche in steep terrain. Although we can find weak sugary snow in most areas and at all elevations, and poor snow structure on many slopes, we've also noted increasing stability throughout the week.

Sugary faceted snow is widespread, with basal layers especially loose where snow is shallow like scoured upper elevation slopes and everywhere at lower and mid elevations.
