Comments
You can see a portion of the crown outlined by the red line in the distance, the crown extends west out of the image. I suggested that this could be a persistent slab avalanche due to the characteristics of the avalanche. It failed in an area that harbored old, sugary weak snow that was faceted. The crown connected around nuanced terrain features, and ribs and rolls that were full of terrestrial interruption. I could see this layer really coming to life when a dneser slab forms.
