Nice sunny day with slightly chilly wind.

Snow surface warmed up nicely in the direct sun. Found dry surface snow on more N facing aspects.

Facets still intact and active on 7000 NE facing slope. ECTP21 42 CM down from surface. Observed old debris from small avalanche that likely occurred during storm cycle. Did not observe any wet activity.

Found nice spring conditions up to 7000'. Once I moved to a more northern aspect the snow dried out. I did not travel further after digging my pit as I found what I was looking for - facets. Enjoyed supportable low angle corn snow all the back to gate.
