Avalanche Problem #1
Problem
New Snow
Problem #1 Comments
Up at Bunchgrass for four days. Low hazard and poor skiing until today when both went up the scale. The PWL on the NW-NE slopes is getting close to the tipping point if you can find a slab on it. Today on White Pine Knob the winds were very light and there was no slab. Looks as the though the new snow fell straight down! Surface sluffs were easy to create on the north slopes within the new snow. (see video)
