Comments
Jan/Feb facets abound on NW>NE aspects but generally capped by temperature, wind, or solar melt freeze crusts. Thickness of facets range from 10-25cm.
Upper elevations: myriad crusts capping these facets
Mid-elevations: myriad crusts capping these facets except for the most wind protected terrain; and even this is not uniform. (2nd photo)
Low-elevations: Sat/Sun temps/clouds put a thin temperature crust above these very weak facets to about 7500'. This crust is 1.5cm, diminishing with elevation to 7500. Beneath this crust are 5-10cm of the weakest facets I found; sitting above a bullet-proof crust. (1st photo)
3rd pic: Ogden skyline looking south.

Bottom Line: mostly Low danger, waiting for the next storm with significant snowfall and wind -
