Had a small wind slab pop out on a steep roll over. 30' wide, only ran for about 30', and about 15" deep. Failed with in the new snow a few inches above the crust. N facing slope about 9000'. It surprised me bc up higher near the ridge line I could only get long running sluff moving. Didn't report it as an avalanche bc it was really more of a test slope. It was small, but just something to watch out for first thing tomorrow morning in more exposed terrain.

About a foot of light density snow up high. 3-6" of denser snow down low. Road great up high and the denser snow down low was good cause you didn't hit the old crust as much. Sun came out as we were leaving, but it was already 6 pm, so it didn't affect the snow at all where we were. It'll still be good tomorrow morning. Tomorrow I'm guessing the bigger issue will be wet slides in the afternoon, but I didn't have that issue today.
