Comments
Headed up Cardiac Ridge today because it finally got cold enough for a decent refreeze. Not a whole lot going on today except a few inches of new snow sitting on a mostly frozen base in the morning. Skied N at about 10:30 still locked up tight except for the surface that was new snow, hit the almost top of Cardiac around noon, it was on the verge of too late but still supportable enough for a good run, wouldn't want to be there any later. Skied the lower rock slabs as well and hiked out the power line ridge, the S facing exit at 1:30 was slushy but not slow and worked out alright
photos: the ridge, old slides in Holy Toledo, and not bad skiing for this time of year.
