Sun in and out until mid afternoon then light-moderate snowfall. Warm temps overall though colder once system moved in.

"New" snow from last weeks storm as well as few inches overnight were damp. Only "dry" snow we found was in N facing thickly treed low end of high elevation.

Observed no new recent avalanches though there were rollerballs on steep slopes facing E, S, W.
Comments
Pit showed weak graupel layer below 18" of new snow still not stabilized. Maybe there are some sleeper slabs still out there but, in general, snow is damp and stubborn. Cornices were damp and stubborn as well.
