Comments
Today where we traveled we saw very few signs of instabilities. We found good riding, especially in North-facing upper elevation terrain. Overall the new snow seems to be bonding pretty well with the old snow. When we stuck our shovels on an NW aspect, and 25-degree slope at 8100' about 40cm down we found a stout graupel interface but within our pit, we couldn't get any propagation. We saw a few signs of wet-loose activity on high due south, but I think the light breeze kept a lot of the wet-loose activity at bay. Over the next few days with increased temperatures and more solar, I would imagine the riding conditions would diminish.
I would continue to watch that graupel interface with increased load in either the form of wind or snow or intense increased solar on due south.
Pit profile from NW slope at 8100'

Large graupel layer 40cm down (ECTN22)

Wet loose activity
