South Facing new now old snow bond in poor. New snow is bonding fairly well to old surface on northernly aspects but beneath last weekends storm slab a weak u consolidated 10cm deep layer was found at 10000'. Hasty hand pit failed 45cm down (beneath last weekends storm snow) upon isolation.

Fist to four finger to fist to four finger is what I found in top 90cm. Last weekends slab failed on isolation of hasty pit.
