Booting up pioneer ridge at Brighton, got to a point where skinning was better, peeked into this chute next to us as my partner put skins on and my ski shot a crack across and triggered up to the tip of the cornice and broke about 10-20' wide in a slab before setting off sluff only running about 100-150'. Noticed a good amount of wind loading and some cracking along the ridge and ski down.
