Light wind gusting Moderate between 6500 and 7200, Consistent moderate above 7200. Significant snow transport happening on open slopes. There was about 8 cm of new snow when we arrived at the parking lot at 5:30, and close to 20 when we left at 10:30.

Wind slabs are forming anywhere. Conducted 5-6 hand pits on various ne-nw aspects, and anywhere where the wind had started to form a slab was reactive at the old/new snow interface.

I was able to trigger 4 small windslabs on very small features. None bigger than 6 feet across and 4-6" deep, but they seemed to have a fair amount of energy.
