Comments
I observered about 5 inches of new very low density snow with quite a bit of spacial variability thanks to all the NW wind. Poking around in wind effected areas I discovered quite a few thick wind slabs sitting over the basal facets but with such little new snow to work with and the passage of so much time since the last significant snow it seems the snow has settled into position awaiting significant snow before it will have the opportunity to reactivate.
