Storm slab was a secondary concern when we set out in the morning, but we did not observe much slab development. This will change with additional loading and wind, increasing the danger.

Comments
We went up to investigate the current snowpack structure, looking specifically for the October facets and October rain crust (crust/facet combo). Due to the thin cover in this area, we could only find facets above 9,000 feet on the N/NE aspects - some were moist. See our snow profile for details. Apologies for my subpar commentary on the video.
